Viera Cákanyová continues her cinematic exploration of the possibilities of artificial intelligence, drawing on her personal lived experience, to deliver a disconcerting sensory immersion. Dictated by the content of a voice-over narration, impressionistic images shift between the abstract and the figurative, evoking the spiritual and emotional journey experienced during a prolonged retreat into total darkness lasting several days, as inspired by a Tibetan Buddhist practice.
